Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Priority Flyers website and services operated by Innovative Travel Technologies LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

Our Services

Priority Flyers acts as an intermediary between you and airlines, providing access to discounted business and first class airfares. We search across 800+ airlines and 3 major GDS systems to find the best available fares. We are not an airline and do not operate flights. All flights are operated by the respective airlines.

Booking & Payments

QuotesAll fare quotes are subject to availability and may change until confirmed and ticketed
PaymentFull payment is required to confirm and issue your ticket. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
PricingAll prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices include taxes and fees unless explicitly noted
ConfirmationYour booking is confirmed only after payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email with your e-ticket

Changes & Cancellations

By YouChanges and cancellations are subject to airline policies and fees. Contact us as soon as possible to request modifications
By AirlinesAirlines may change schedules, cancel flights, or modify routes. We will notify you and assist with rebooking or refund claims
RefundsRefund eligibility depends on your fare rules and the airline's policy. Non-refundable tickets may only be eligible for airline credit
Service FeePriority Flyers service fees are non-refundable once a ticket has been issued

Your Responsibilities

AccuracyYou are responsible for ensuring all passenger names, dates, and contact information are accurate at the time of booking
DocumentsYou must hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documents. We are not responsible for denied boarding due to missing documentation
Check-inYou are responsible for checking in and arriving at the airport on time according to airline requirements
InsuranceWe strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies

Limitation of Liability

Priority Flyers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from flight cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or any actions taken by airlines. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid to us. We are not responsible for airline operational issues, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Price Match Guarantee

If you find a lower publicly available price for the same itinerary, cabin class, and booking conditions, submit it through our Beat My Price form. We will verify the offer and either match or beat it, or provide a complimentary upgrade on your next booking. The competing offer must be currently bookable and available at the time of verification.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Priority Flyers website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Innovative Travel Technologies LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sacramento County, California.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
